Exceptional Service and Comfortable Rooms

I had an amazing stay, enjoying the incredibly comfortable Executive King Room with a high floor. The staff provided genuine, friendly service and even allowed a late checkout for my birthday, which made the experience extra special. The location is perfect, and I absolutely loved the clean, inviting rooftop pool area. The only downside was that the coffee bar in my room didn’t work, but everything else was fantastic!

Good pick for a transient visit in Nashville with value for money. The rooftop pool area could use some work, but it was nice to hang out there. Make sure to check out the fitness center for a good workout.

our stay at luxury collection was fantastic! the outdoor swimming pool was a great addition, and the views from the fitness center were stunning. we were really impressed by the professionalism of the staff at the front desk, who went above and beyond to help us. plus, it’s so close to Broadway!

The Executive King Room was spacious and stylish, with ample charging points for devices. The luxurious bathroom provided plenty of towels, and the bed was exceedingly comfortable. The location was unbeatable and the staff offered excellent service, allowing a late checkout. However, the coffee machine in the room didn't work, which was disappointing. Breakfast options were pricey, and brunch risotto was excessively salty, detracting from an otherwise pleasant dining experience.

I enjoyed a fantastic stay with genuine service and a room that provided plenty of comfort. being just a short stroll away from iconic attractions like the Country Music Hall of Fame and Music City Walk of Fame Park made my weekend wandering a delight.

The rooftop bar was the cherry on top, serving up light snacks that just hit the spot while soaking in magical city views. Plus, the pool area was just too fab to miss.

Only one little bummer was that we didn't have time for more—seriously, how do you leave a place this good? We relished every moment we could sneak in.
